My Yiah Caesar dressing

1/2 tsp (2 mL) 3 tbsp (50 mL) 2 drops of oyster sauce or 2tsp of anchovies paste 1-2 tsp of yiah beetroot

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup. YIAH Wild Lime EVOO
  • 1/8 cup. YIAH Intense Garlic EVOO
  • 2 tbsp.s Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. White wine vinegar or yiah balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp.s Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper (Use yiah salt and pepper you like best) Use yiah salt and pepper you like best)
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp.s Light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp.s Anchovie paste Or a drop or two of oyster sauce.
  • 1-2 tsp. YIAH Beetroot Dip Mix Or a spice of your liking.

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together and enjoy on your salad. Makes enough for 2-4 salads.
