YIAH Asian Spring rolls

  • 1 Packet spring roll pastry thawed
  • 500 gs Pork mince
  • 2 cup.s Shredded cabbage
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup. Finely chopped shallots
  • 2 tbsp.s YIAH Asian Inspired Dukkah
  • 1/4 cup. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp.s fish sauce
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup. Oil For shallow frying


In wok brown mince with garlic and 1/2 soy sauce.
Add all other ingredients and combine until cabbage softens.
Place pastry in a diamond on the bench in front of you.
Place about 2tbs of mixture onto bottom corner of a single sheet of pastry and fold in bottom and sides.
Roll up to top and just use a bit of milk to stick down.
Repeat until all sheets are used up.
Heat oil in large frypan and shallow fry turning slowly until completely golden brown.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce or a bit more soy sauce.
