Peri Peri Baked Sweet Potato Crisps

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes scrubbed and sliced .3175 centimeters (1/8-inch) thick
  • 40 mls YIAH Mediterranean Olive Oil Blend 2 Tbsp
  • 40 mls YIAH Peri Peri Seasoning 2 Tbsp
  • 1 lime cut into wedges, for serving

Preheat oven to 205° C (400° F). Add sliced sweet potatoes to a large bowl, and pour in the YIAH Mediterranean Olive Oil Blend. Gently mix, assuring that all of the potatoes have been lightly oiled. Begin sprinkling the potatoes with YIAH Peri Peri Seasoning, coating evenly. On a lined baking sheet begin laying down the potatoes. Place in the oven and cook for about 14 minutes, remove. Turn potatoes over and cook for another 10 minutes, or until potatoes are crisp, but not burnt. Add additional seasoning to taste if desired.
