Cauliflower is such a blank canvas, you can literally add just about anything to it. I have used various YIAH oils, meat rubs, and dip mixes. The options are endless.
- 1 Whole Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp. YIAH Grill Master meat rub I like to grind mine up finer in my morta and pestle, especially for something like this
- 1/4 cup. YIAH Intense Garlic EVOO
Preheat oven to 180 C
Trim the stem and leaves from the cauliflower but be sure to keep the rest in tact.
Place the head of cauliflower into a small skillet, or baking dish. Dish should just fit the cauliflower.
Drizzle the oil over the cauliflower and rub all over, then rub the Grill Master all over.
Cover the skillet tight with foil and cook at 180 C for about 30 minutes covered, then remove the foil and cook for a further hour uncovered. the cauliflower is done when you can pierce a butter knife with little resistance.
