- 2 Sheets of Puff pastry thawed
- 10 Raw Sausages - remove the skin
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup. bacon diced
- 3/4 cup. pepperoni diced
- 1 cup. bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. YIAH Pizza spice blend
- 2 tbsp.s YIAH Maple Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup. shredded cheese - optional
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper to season
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, let sit covered for about 15 minutes to really allow flavours to infuse.
Spoon mixture along edge of puff pastry, then tightly roll and repeat.
Cut into bite sizes and place on a lined baking tray, brush with a little milk and bake in a 180 degree c oven till crisp and brown
