I made these for a friend and he absolutely loved them. He said it was the best he has ever tasted and I replied "well it is YIAH" lol.
This recipe only makes 1 pancake (2 if you want smaller ones.)

I am currently on a diet and can not have any carbohydrates so I saw people making breads with Cauliflower and thought I would give it a try. This was so tasty and delicious.
Please note: If your cauliflower isn't drained fully the mixture will not hold together once cooked. Either way it will still be delicious. >
Wash and Cut yellow, red, or coloured potatoes into cubes. Place in a ziplock bag and add salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of veggie dip mix and intense garlic oil. Zip the bag closed and shake. Pour on to cookie or shallow baking stone and cook at 350 for 40 to 60 minutes. Dip into dill and onion or onion and chives dip mix for additional taste sensation. Change up the spice or dip mix and create your own perfect taters.>
I created these the night before a tasting. I wasn't sure if they would turn out ok, but that's what I love about these products. They inspire me and I'm sure others to get creating in their kitchens. I hope you like the recipe. Be warned if you are trying to watch what you're eating then these might not be the best things to make. My guests polished them off in no time. >
An easy to prepare, healthy and flavorful main course. Any type of firm white fish may be substituted for the Cod. Consider serving with Couscous, Freekeh or Rice flavored with your favorite YIAH Couscous Blend and/or freshly chopped herbs. >
This soup gets a lovely velvety texutre from the addition of the yellow lentils. It should be pureed in a high speed blender to achieve the smooth consistency. Serve with natural yoghurt or sour cream. This recipe makes quite a large quantity of soup but it's so good you'll be glad you have a lot!>
