Thai Chicken meatloaf - 800g chicken mince 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs, 1 egg, whisked 1 tbsp lemon grass), 2 tbsp YIAH Thai Green Curry, YIAH Peppercorn blend, 2 shallots, chopped. Grease loaf tin, Mix all ingredients and place in Loaf tin, pressing down. Cook in Preheated Oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Sauce = 1 tbsp YIAH Thai Satay Spice blend, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp Chicken Stock stirred in Saucepan until thick. If you wish you can add a little peanut butter to thicken.>

I can suggest to use this seasoning with many vegetables to roast in the oven. It has lovely warm flavors of Coriander, cinnamon, ginger, mint and more. May also be used with lamb, beef or chicken - try it with couscous, soups and stews. Such a versatile seasoning.>
