I will always choose something off the dessert menu if there are citrus flavours involved. So when I was introduced to this... well... it has now become my favorite quick & easy option - especially for a girls night in!
YIAH's Baharat Spice Blend is fast becoming a family favourite in our house. This spice adds a lovely flavour to meat (lamb especially) without being over powering or too spicy. If you want to add flavour without 'heat' then this is the spice for you.>
Thai Chicken meatloaf - 800g chicken mince 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs, 1 egg, whisked 1 tbsp lemon grass), 2 tbsp YIAH Thai Green Curry, YIAH Peppercorn blend, 2 shallots, chopped. Grease loaf tin, Mix all ingredients and place in Loaf tin, pressing down. Cook in Preheated Oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Sauce = 1 tbsp YIAH Thai Satay Spice blend, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp Chicken Stock stirred in Saucepan until thick. If you wish you can add a little peanut butter to thicken.>
